Welcome to Kentucky! Our enchanting house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an open layout. The home is clean and very well-maintained offering lots of natural light and neutral paint throughout. Additional spotlights: a dream theater room, bar, game room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools and walk out patio. A full gym with weight machine, treadmill, and elliptical and even an old school scale. 3 car garage and double wide driveway, large level yard for games and fire pit for marshmallow roasting, a large covered deck for relaxation in all Kentucky weather!

The main floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, breakfast nook, or living room. The primary bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and full jacuzzi bathroom. The first floor also has one full guest bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms both with queen beds. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV's. For safety, the fireplace in the living room is shut off and not operational.

The lower floor has a full bathroom and the entertainment of the house. Down the stairs: the bathroom is to the left, the full exercise room is straight ahead containing the weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and even an old school scale. To the right is the cozy game room with a dream theater room, full bar, and room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools, large screen tv, small gaming TV, and walk out patio.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area. We do not allow parties / events as the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No pets allowed!

*The Doublewide Driveway is shared with the detached garage occasionally used by owner.

This home was perfectly located far enough out of Louisville to relax but close enough to get to where you want in just a few minutes. Home was perfect for friends to come together and enjoy a few days of trail hopping and nights of fun and food.

This property is beautifully appointed and a perfect place to spend time with friends and family! We came for part of the Bourbon Trail and the movie theatre was perfect after a day of walking. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. Nothing to do with the property but if you are wanting to partake in the Bourbon Trail, be sure to book those tours well in advance.

We were very happy with the neighborhood and the house. It felt like home to us and Patricia was a great host. We forgot some items when leaving the place and she even messaged me about them. It was a great experience and I would definitely rent this house again!

Went to the PGA Championship with 3 other guys all 45+. The house was fantastic. Very clean and excellent for unwinding at the end of a long day watching/playing golf. The communication with the host was great and the house was exactly as it was described online. Instructions for the home were well written and very helpful. Check in and out process was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Great house! Three couples stayed for 3 nights as home base for our annual bourbon trip. Made a fire in the fire pit one night, had plenty of wood (brought our own fire starter material). Grilled steaks one night (brought our own portable grill). Watched football games Saturday night on the two big screens in the basement. House was well-stocked and very clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Buckner Retreat while in town for our daughter's wedding. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and fun gathering places for us to be together. We especially enjoyed the pool table and other entertainment in the basement. The home is located in a great location on the northeast side of Louisville in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Came into Louisville for a quick family vacation before the 4th of July. This property was fantastic and the amenities offered (game room, theater, backyard, etc...) were fantastic and made the experience feel like the family was home. Property is only 20 minutes outside of Louisville so close enough to whatever you want to do, but outside the busy downtown. Great neighborhood - safe and quiet. Overall would recommend this location highly and wouldn't hesitate to visit again if coming back to Louisville.

We happened to arrive after a very large wind storm that knocked out power. Thankfully the garage doors worked to let us in, and the owner was quick to bring us flashlights and candles. Power was back on next morning. How was great and as expected. Will stay here again!

Me and a few of my teammates stayed at this property. Wonderful place, great offer of amenities down to condiments.. All the needs of being home in a great neighborhood. House is getting older and could use a few upgrades, Jet tub didn’t work. And toilet handle mechanism broke day of checkout… Thanks for the stay!

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful Buckner property! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house suited our group perfectly (5 adults + 1 toddler), and was just as advertised. The basement game and theatre rooms are amazing, and the big beautiful yard was awesome for my daughter to run around and play. The neighborhood, though fairly near the interstate, feels very remote and secluded, and both sets of neighbors are extremely friendly and welcoming! Thank you very much to the wonderful host for the great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space, 3 comfortable bedrooms, with closet space! 3 Full big bathrooms, and lots of places to relax. The open floor plan allowed us to all sit together for meals and the outdoor space was great with wood provided for a bon fire. Nothing can compare to that basement, which is an entertainment haven! We had a great time watching the game as well as movies in the theater room. Having access to the 3 car garage was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this house, it's in a great location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants. What stands out most to me is the amenities offered, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, nice appliances, other supplies as well. Thank you for a great stay we'd love to come back.

The Buckner location was perfect. Close to the main roads and an amazing restaurant if you love true Mexican cuisine! The hospitality from Shareka and the Buckner were top notch! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens. Very clean! We greatly appreciated the garage access for our vehicles! They have thought of everything here! You could easily visit for an extended period of time and feel right at home. This was a short business trip for us but we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Shareka and the Buckner. We will be back. 😊
