Cozy KY Escape with Hot Tub near the Bourbon Trail

Welcome to Four Seasons Cottage on the Bourbon Trail! This charming property is located in a peaceful vacation community, just a short walk from the seasonal pool. Featuring 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room with a fireplace, this cottage is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Enjoy the large deck with a hot tub and BBQ, as well as access to nearby hiking trails and attractions. Cottage 37 sits on a ridge that overlooks the 3,050-acre Taylorsville Lake.

Upon arrival guests are welcomed by a lighted walkway up to the front door. The living room with new couches and lending library is the perfect place to read a book amongst the Flicker of the propane fireplace. A vaulted ceiling ties the living room and kitchen together. In the morning the sun rises over the lake giving the kitchen table the best place to watch the sunrise over Taylorsville Lake. A hallway leads to the main bathroom and guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has a 32-inch TV, a Queen bed, and one trundle bed. The master bedroom and its atmosphere of romance has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soak tub. Off the master bedroom is a large 20 by 14ft deck with a Hot Tub. From the first deck a step-down to a second 10 by 14ft deck with a conversation area and propane fire pit. The view from the deck overlooks Taylorsville Lake and the rolling hills. This property has a No Pet policy.

Perfect Accommodations in a Beautiful Setting

Our bourbon trail getaway was a 10/10 thanks to this beautiful, well-stocked, very clean home! The private back deck area with fire pit, grill, and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary getaway

Just a weekend getaway for our anniversary, this place has been everything we needed and more. Its super clean, peaceful, and relaxing. This house has everything you need to feel lik home away from home. Highly recommend for coupkes as a nice quiet getaway to reset from the daily hustle and bustle of lofe.

Great Cottage

Great Spring Getaway

Beautiful cabin! We’ve stayed at Edgewater Resort before, but this cabin was beautiful, clean and comfortable! It had everything you need and made you feel special, Especially loved the grill, fire pit, and hot tub. We can’t wait to get back this fall!

Weekend of Fun on the Bourbon Trail

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised, very clean and spacious. We loved spending time on the back deck and hot tub. The owners have thought of everything you would need and we really appreciated the added touches such as the coffee and creamers. Definitely would stay here again when checking out more of the Bourbon Trail.

The place was wonderful for our two sets of couples! Everything was nicely set up and decorated. Everything we needed was available. Perfect honeymoon

We came from Illinois and stayed for a week. We absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! It was perfect. The hot tub is lovely! The deer out here are very curious and don't spook easily, so they wander around all the yards - it's quite awesome!

Beautiful Lake House!

This house is just as advertised. Beautiful home that is clean and spacious with everything you need for a great getaway. Great communication with the owner and easy check in/out. Beds, pillows and linens were super comfy. The resort pool was right around the corner and it was clean and not crowded. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in the area. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back!

This place was just great. Had everything we needed. House has very nice finishes and plenty stocked with things you would want and need. Hot tub was really nice. Beds were comfy. Great vacation stay

The property was well kept in a safe resort with gated entry to community. My family and I used this as a central location to visit Mammoth Cave, Louisville area, and Ark encounter. My wife was very appreciative of the extra details including available salt, pepper, and other amenities. The property manager was really easy to communicate with. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the area. Even though we didn’t use it, the lake looked amazing too and I’m sure would be a great lake get away.

Perfect spot centrally located for Bourbon trail stops

We so enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons! It was the perfect spot for a kid-free getaway, but we could have easily had both the kids here and enjoyed the property just as much. It was so clean and well-organized and had everything you could think of for a comfortable and convenient stay. We especially appreciated the complementary variety of coffee and creamer which kept us from having to find coffee shops out of necessity. It was a close enough and GORGEOUS drive to all the spots we visited. If we are in this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again at all.

Fantastic Place

This was an absolutely amazing place for our family getaway! Toni has thought of any and everything you could possibly need while away from home. Everything was clean and updated. Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage was perfect to get away from it all for a few days. It was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, linens etc and had a great view. The trundle bed was great for our toddler and the nice blinds made bed and nap time easy and dark. The hot tub, deck, fire pit and grill were perfect. The neighborhood was quiet but we were a bit disappointed the playground was under construction. Overall it was close to the Louisville Zoo and Distillerys. Great stay!
