Upon entering through the front door, you'll arrive in the open-concept living area, which includes a comfortable living room and spacious kitchen - perfect for spending time with your whole group, whatever the activity. Enjoy a spacious sectional sofa with an adjacent floor lamp.

Vacation is no time to do laundry, however, you can - if you want! This home is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

♛ The first bedroom provides a generously sized retreat, full of natural light. It features a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, and ceiling fan.

❤️We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.

Found many nice local places to eat. Very nice downtown area.

Not the worst, not the best. The half bath is right next to the water heater and the washer/dryer. It was very difficult to get in and out of and once you’re in, there’s barely room to move. The full bathroom shower was hard to use because the handle kept coming off. The mattresses are VERY firm, almost like sleeping on a rock. The couch had rips and stains and the floor was not very clean upon entering the house. We felt the house definitely did not match the description, and given what we paid, we weren’t pleased with the house in general. Like I said, it definitely is not the worst, but not worth the price tag.

Bunk Beds were unstable and tipped over on my daughterFront bedroom had insufficient drapes and we couldn’t sleep after sunriseThe place was filthy and smelled like animals, there were cigarette butts in the vacuum cleanerThe front bedroom rug was unable to be vacuumed and literally made dust when walked onThe bathtub drain doesn’t closeThe shower faucet handle broke off when touchedThe kitchen faucet broke and leaked water under the sink. The water damage was never addressedThere’s so much mold under the cabinet we all ended up on steroids and asthma medicineThe lighting in the place was unpleasantThe mattresses were a joke, just awfulAnd the kitchen was lacking basic supplies like measuring cups and pot holdersThe backyard was disgusting with trash in it and a dead bird that made my dog sick and a couple broken down chairs.
