"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"I stayed in this house with my research group, and it was a great location and allows ready access to both the east and west gates of ORNL. If you're visiting to perform an experiment at the lab, this is a great place to stay with a small/medium group."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean, well prepared, and exactly as the listing described. The driveway getting up to the property was a bit steep in one spot and tricky, but otherwise an excellent location to visit Knoxville and the surrounding mountains. The property owners communicated well and set good expectations. We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. "

"Inn the Woods was a beautiful, well-maintained property. It was spotless and decorated so cute. Everyone enjoyed playing cornhole daily and the fire pit was icing on the cake. So relaxing! If you need a break, this place will definitely get rid of your stress. Loved it!!! Just wish we could have stayed longer. :)"
