"We stayed one night. We got in late, so the hotel manager knew who we were the minute we walked in. Our room was right down the hall. The hallway to the rooms is interior open space with nice decorations, and our room was right there, very fun classy entryway. Everything was just so neat and precise. It was perfect for getting settled in. The breakfast was beyond anything you ever get in the US. Really exceptional! And any staff we spoke with was polite and friendly and helpful. Top to bottom...

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didnât believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead.
A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
