"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. "Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and the location is ideal for short or all-day trips to the many local attractions. "

"We went in the off season and had the place to ourselves so it was pretty peaceful. But because of the off season there were several restaurants closed during our stay making different food choices limited. "

"Even before arriving, Leonard was incredibly helpful by answering all our questions about the property's location and its accessibility to transportation and shops. It is a short walk to public transport and the supermarket. We didn't rent a vehicle and had no difficulty accessing transportation. The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Friendly neighbors and even friendlier roosters at 5:30 in the morning :). It was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I can't say enough about Leonard, who was proactive with communication and quick with his responses. You won't be disappointed!!!"
