Charming, quiet house

House of 70m² with a large private garden fully fenced.
View of the surrounding fields and woods, hiking trail 50m leading to a lake in the middle of the woods, 1KM from the bastide of Villefranche-du-Périgord where you will find shops and restaurants. Each room overlooks the garden, a bed 160x190 in one and 140x190 in the other. Sheets are provided but towels are not provided, it is possible to rent it at 10€/stay on request. Weekly rental in July and August from Saturday to Saturday and by the night from two consecutive nights in the other months. We provide kitchen towels as well as bath mat. Cleaning is included in the price, please leave the house as clean as when you arrived.
