"My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well."

"We did have a couple, small, issues. But the property management team was quick to respond (and easy too as I was able to just text with them). Overall, the stay was nice and we would do it again.We went with 3 little kids and 2 adults. It was a perfectly safe neighborhood and was close to downtown Franklin (though still about a 5-7 min drive - too far to walk on very busy roads)."

"Every thing was good! We just kept getting blocked in by the construction. Not a big deal. "

"Great house however we were up all night the first night with cement mixers going up down street all night, and there was a lot of construction related noise throughout the week. We would not have rented house if owner had disclosed 24 hour construction near by. Owner did not respond to my concerns for 6 days(on my last day)then said they have had no complaints. You should know construction is 24 hours a day until fall of 2027. There is a flyer with all the details in the owners manual. I called superintendent on the project to discuss our concerns since owner did not respond. "
