"We had a lovely stay at the cabin. It's much bigger than the pictures, and very cozy. Beside from the fact that we had to pay for sheets and towels, even though the website said it was included, everything was perfect."

"The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. In most interactions, they seemed almost annoyed to be bothered by have to check in guests, answer questions or service the breakfast buffet. I could chalk this up to the standoff-ish Norwegian personality, but even so, they should think about how they treat guests from outside Norway. "
