"Good hotel with decent sized rooms. Let down partly by some staff who really didn't seem to be bothered and lack of clear information around housekeeping. If using as a base to explore Brussels then be aware that there is a convoluted hike to the nearest train station."

"This hotel had the most lovely staff and the location was fantastic. It was clean and accessible. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've never been in a hotel room so small. It was was too cramped for three people, but thankfully we were only here on night. If I were to be travelling with just two people though, I would stay here again. The main square is a couple minutes walk and there's tons of food, markets, and entertainment right outside the hotel. It's not far from the central station and landmarks such as Manekin Pis were walkable from here in about 15 minutes."
