"Front desk staff - AWESOME! I needed to speak with someone the day before arrival, and the staff was awesome! Very helpful! On arrival, the same staff member was cordial, friendly, and very efficient! The room was spacious and well equipped, but felt old. It's in need of some updating. The mattress was decent, but not great. The bathtub could also use attention. The morning breakfast was GREAT! A little bit of everything for everyone. An oatmeal bar, waffle station, eggs and sausage, an excellent breakfast! Great location near the expressway, national parks, and historical sites. Overall a nice stay!"
Secluded, Cozy Cottage in the Shenandoah Valley

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and sunrises on the deck.A couple of things could use some attention. The bed was very squeaky and the frame felt a little unstable, and the deck furniture was uncomfortable and seemed a bit worn. We also agree with other guests that the hot tub isn’t quite as secluded as the listing suggests.Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and would definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing Shenandoah Valley getaway!"

"James was a wonderful host! The property was beautiful. We loved this house for the glass wall and the eclectic style. It forces you to disconnect and enjoy nature which we loved. We had dinner before heading to the property for the evening so only need some snacks and such but there is not much close so be prepared. The kitchen is great."
