"Would have given 5 stars but office was locked and had to call for check in. There were no phones in the rooms and they only served breakfast on the weekends."

"The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. Our jacuzzi tub was nice, the beds are comfy, and the jacuzzi room was very romantic. We stay here every trip to eureka. The jacuzzi suites are at the back of the building which gives them privacy. Amazing stay!"

"Our room was extremely clean. There wasn’t even any dirty buildup around the baseboards in the bathroom or the bedroom that I’m used to finding at even some of the finer hotels. The staff (sorry I didn’t get his name) was so very friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. We chose The Regency Inn to stay because of its proximity to The Great Passion Play. "Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."

"We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows.
