"The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places were set for food. A group of people arrived after us, the kitchen was opened and they got fed a set meal. This was Unacceptable, I complained to reception, and got a reply that they had previously booked a meal and that they were a group. So if you plan to stay here after a long journey, then make sure you have been fed before arriving."
