And serving the coffee and tea from only two machines was really tiring / annoying. "

"Staff was exceptional in finding a room for us in the blackout, because we had already checked out in preparation for a train ride to Madrid. Without power, they couldn't check their computers, but one of them remembered a vacant room that wasn't reserved for the coming days. We had to spend 2 extra days in Malaga until we could rebook travel to Madrid. Without the wonderful staff at the Eliseos, we would not have had a place to stay during the emergency.
