"Everything was great, except for one thing I didn't like: the parking fee. It's $25 a day, which is way too expensive; I stayed there for several days and had to pay that amount each day, even though I couldn't even find a parking spot. They know full well that parents coming to visit their children at university have no other choice."
"Wow, what a perfect location in the middle of Florida's capital city. This location faces a lake surrounded by a sidewalk that may be used for walking or jogging. The coffee shop facing the lake was a bonus along with the fact that we stayed as a family-dogs and all !"

"It was a very good price, and everything was clean and organized. The only wierd thing was the thermostat - it is controlled remotely by the host which was a little awkward.Another positive was the futon is a good one, so you can count it as a bed for sure. :)"

Base boards edges especially in kitchen and bath & behind trash can in kitchen.It was a perfect location for us and we will rent again when we figure out our calendar for the rest of 2026 .Thank you for providing a comfortable and safe place to stay."

"Everything was perfect! We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from FSU and Drew’s townhouse made it that much more special. We were able to spend time together in between events and were very comfortable. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms , which was great for us with 2 couples . Drew was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. Great location in Midtown, close to FSU , Publix , restaurants and bars !"
