"Overall the stay was nice. The property is beautiful, the food is great and the amenities are nice. Coming from the US there was a language barrier, but being half Puerto Rican I do understand Spanish for the most part and that’s where my stay lost some points. Most of the staff were nice and did their best to translate, but and select few were very rude in their looks and comments to my lack in ability to speak Spanish. None the less the stay was lovely, and Julio made our night each dinner...

"Hay que estar bien pendiente por donde entrar al hotel. Tiene un lobby que no es lobby. Normalmente si tiene auto debe preguntar. Primero. Dónde estás. El estacionamiento. No tiene señal. Que diga que es el ara el hotel. Bueno es todo un poco confuso"
