I arrived at 8:02PM and the gate was closed. Fortunately one side was open so I went through there. Account for the windy and steep roads. Also, the rain. You will be able to leave until the park open up. After 10PM the front desk closes so you will be dealing with security. Our room faced the volcano which was amazing. The room are spacious and clean. "The view was amazing! Lake and windows truly gorgeous. Cool shower, TV with Netflix, interesting capsule rooms. I’d say the private pool is tiny and not really worth it. The property was so fun to walk around, as it had restaurants, mini golf, playground, fruit trees, trampoline, other pools, etc."
