"Everything about our stay was perfect and above expectations. Gina was quick to respond to all questions we had prior to the trip. Upon arrival we were taken away by the gated entry and visual of house / backdrop of ocean. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including any and all beach toys imaginable. The beach itself was beautiful and relatively deserted. People are around, but very few. We did day trips to Santiago and Los Barriles; had a dinner at the Four Seasons, and also had a delicious meal prepared by Ramon. We paddleboarded in the ocean, fished (and caught!) from the beach, and went on shell hunts. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of La Ribera and the East Cape. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Great hotel! Very spacious room, comfy bed/pillows, all the amenities. Did not see the gym, but great pool and lovely restaurant and bar. Ladies at checkin were great!"

"This is a fantastic property. The photos represent the space well. We cooked family dinners, sat around the campfire, spent hours swimming in the Sea of Cortez, snorkeled, played frisbee, went to Los Barilles for a day. It was a fantastic week."

"Loved the second floor casita. Great balcony for bird watching! Nice bar/restaurant on the property. We took a snorkel tour with the onsite dive shop. The first part of the snorkel trip was amazing, but sadly we both got very seasick and the last half of the tour was miserable. But the tour guide, Santiago, was great! We definitely want to return and try again."

"For the four dads and four 11-year-old sons, this house made for a perfect fishing trip. Fernando was our access to fun - fishing, ATV's, and even made a great recommendation for dinner out and chefs in. Don't tell their mom's but the two ladies cooking had the boys lined up for thirds and fourths!It is a quiet area, though, so if you need or want outsiders to make your vacation more memorable, just be aware that you are pretty far away from any city action. I would not be surprised if some or all of those in our crew stay at the home again."

"My family and I stayed at Casa el Coyote for 9 nights over our spring break. We live in a large California city, so we were super excited for a remote vacation spot along the East Cape of Baja sur. Casa el Coyote was a wonderful home for my wife and I and our two teenagers, with everyone getting their own room. We loaded up on groceries before driving to the house and cooked 90% of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. There was even a tortilla press and I made tortillas for the first time ever. That led to me making fresh tortillas everyday after!The heated pool was a hit as well. We were definitely in it every single day, and was one of the highlights for us. Lounging in the pool, looking out over the sea of Cortez with Frailes and Cabo Pulmo mountains in the background was truly special. There were also many outdoor sitting areas to catch some sun (or shade) and read a good book. Thank you Sylvia for the wonderful home and all of the recommendations! We love Cabo pulmo "

"We enjoyed our stay. Isolated and peaceful. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Lovely outdoor patios. Spartan main room but we spent all day outside so that didn’t matter. No tv which didn’t bother us. Quiet beach. It felt good to live off the grid. Make sure you do a big grocery shop when you land because it is a significant trip to return for more groceries."
