"This is such a lovely hotel - highly recommend. We just returned from our wonderful stay in Menorca and this hotel made our stay extra special! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of vegetarian options. The pool area and outdoor areas are very clean and lovely to relax around. There’s also regular entertainment at night which is nice. Staff are all really friendly and attentive. Great location just a short stroll away from Cala Blanca and the beach next to the hotel is lovely. The buffet dinner is good but quite expensive if it’s not included, however we really loved dining at Picco, the food and service is excellent. The bar by the pool also serves lovely food and drinks at a good price. There is also a little supermarket opposite the hotel which is useful. If you’re looking to visit Cituadella, the front desk can order a taxi for you and it only costs around $6."

"The hotel is an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach or marina, which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with lounge and kitchenette, large bathroom - it was spacious, comfy bed and though the decor felt a little dated the whole hotel was immaculately clean and our apartment serviced every day. All the staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant team welcoming and the breakfast plentiful, though a bit predictable. Pool area is beautiful different depths, gardens well laid out with plenty of loungers which looked new (no fighting for sunbeds!). No loud music playing, which was fab. We really enjoyed our stay, the location and the relaxed feel of the hotel. Booked our transfers through Expedia which were really efficient, with lovely drivers. "

"A fabulous location overlooking the sea and a 15 minute walk into the centre of Ciutadella. The apartment itself was huge, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with loads of useful equipment for comfort and convenience. The apartment had a large balcony and a separate, private rooftop terrace with a sea view. The apartment building had two pools and is generally quiet so sunbeds were always available. Would return in a heartbeat. Secure underground parking is available for 10 euros per day, however this was not required as there is ample, free on-street parking available. Very clean, daily maid service. All round top notch."

"It wasn’t very clear on the reservation (other than a small footnote) that registration was in a different location. Wifi password was not provided initially and was quite spotty. There was no soap in the bathroom however once reported they did fix right away the next morning. Cleaning lady (Christina) was very nice and helpful. Front desk was helpful in responding to our questions. Map of the hotel site with the room numbers was not properly marked. "

"Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away."

"Property was great and Sandra was amazing! she was super caring and very welcoming. She took great care of us. The beach that is about a 5min walk was gorgeous, super happy to have stayed there!"
