Llegué al hotel después de un vuelo transatlantico para hacer el check in y me encontré con que mi reserva no existía ya que el hotel no trabaja con Expedia/Hoteles.com quienes al final tampoco pudieron solucionarlo y la única opción que tuve fue comprar una habitación por mi cuenta directamente en el hotel. "Pestana Apartment in Caracas exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the city’s best spots, and the views from the apartment are nice. Inside, everything is impeccably clean, with a cozy bed and comfortable sofas in the living room that make it feel like a true home away from home. The high-speed internet was reliable, perfect for work or streaming, and the full kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Secure parking and a safe neighborhood added peace of mind, and Carlos, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Caracas!"
