Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool and fantastic view

"Beautiful pool, which is the highlight of the property and I’m sure it would be fantastic in warmer weather - but it was a little too cold for us to use on this occasion. Plenty of space, kitchen really well stocked with everything that one would need to cook up a good meal - with fresh food from the local markets, which we visited each day. British channels on tv were a bonus for us in the evenings. Only downside was the mattress on the single bed I slept in. We went too early in the season I think - or we could’ve just been unlucky - as it was still quite cold throughout our stay. But we enjoyed our rest - very quiet area. "

"Sept 2025 - Fab 2 weeks staying at Villa Erase.Laureno & Muriel were super helpful setting up a WhatsApp group beforehand for any queries & providing details on finding the Villa easily & Laureno showing us around explaining everything we needed to know. The welcome pack is the best we’ve had & their home made olive oil was delicious especially on salads - yumThe Villa is in a fab location with views over the valley & mountains it is so peaceful with hardly any cars or people around. The night sky is superb to see stars & the Milky Way. The villa is just as described & as the photos. The kitchen has everything you need including a wide range of herbs, oils etc. The lounge & main bedroom are comfy the bed was so comfy we slept for almost 10 hours most nights. All rooms have air-con & the bathrooms have great rain showers with excellent hot water & pressure. The summer kitchen & plancha are fab we cooked lots of BBQ,s & fish really easily & having a fridge to chill the beers & sangria was great. The pool is just what’s needed to cool off after sunbathing on the beds the salt pool was a constant 25 degrees plus in early Sept.The villa is that great we hardly ventured out other than to restock supplies in Albox at the Mercadona supermarket & we visited the local monastery where the views are amazing.Highly recommend this villa it’s a gem in an amazing location"

Casa Lisa - a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with large private pool.

"Having been to Arboleas and the surrounding areas before we couldn't wait for our 2 weeks at David and Lisa's. As the villa is a little off track, we were greeted at the main road by Karen who guided us to the villa. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a large and pretty drive area on the outside of the villa. On exiting the air conditioned car, the heat hit us hard, roughly 44 degrees! But this is August in Spain.. Karen was very helpful in showing us around the villa and was available throughout the stay for any questions or problems. On the inside, the villa has 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/living room and a large well equipped kitchen.On the outside, a large garden with large pool, covered table and chairs area, open table and chairs, washing line, bbq and plenty of sunbeds.The villa is well contained by the surrounding trees and bushes for privacy but also boasts views of the nearby mountains.We were very pleased with how quiet and peaceful this place is day and night (apart from the resident donkey making themselves known now and then lol)It is only a short drive to Arboleas, La Alfoquia, Zurgena and Albox, all offering supermarkets, shops and restaurants.We would be more than happy to book again in the future for another fantastic holiday.Many thanks David and Lisa!John, Laura, Cheryl and Tim x"

"We had a great stay at this villa. Good communication before hand from the owner. The home is clean, comfortable and the pool well maintained and a good size. You will definitely need a car, lots of great places and beaches to visit around 40 minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a great stay!"
