Walking distance to Costa adeje Golf course where you can avail of good value multi-round packages. Car hire would be handy as there is a steep road back up to villa from La Caleta the closest village however taxis are available in the evenings. Found this villa on VRBO and we was absolutely delighted with all the processes of booking BUT this villa is beautiful and a credit to the owners. "Just back from a fabulous stay at this villa. Easy to find, efficient check in and Ian and Sheila were very helpful with any questions we had. Some very good restaurants and a couple of local supermarkets, within a 10 mins walk (downhill) and we managed to get taxi's back up the hill for around €5. Can be walked but one of our party has reduced mobility so taxi was needed. Rooms all spacious and very clean. Good outside spaces to use and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa would be perfect with a bit of investment to 'spruce it up a bit' but, apart from that, it is still a fantastic base for a holiday. Parent, the owner, and Catherine, the local representative, were perfect hosts and very accommodating when I requested a slight change in dates due to the availability of flights. As others have noted you can kinda hear the people upstairs when you're outside but it's not a bother. Janie and Gary, the onsite managers, were responsive and as helpful as they could be. "The property is high on a hill overlooking the Adeje coast. The drive up is not for the faint hearted of for a small engined car, but when you arrive you are rewarded with the most wonderful panoramic view and a quiet peaceful place in which to re-charge your batteries. The morning sunshine of the top of the hill brings you out onto the patio area to enjoy breakfast and the sunset is a sight to behold. Peaceful, calming and quiet best describe this house."

"The villa is lovely, its clean and well kept (a few little touch ups could be given here and there but thats just nit picking). The location is brilliant with shops and restaurants all a 5 minute walk away and a beach just down the road yet the actual villa is in a quiet area. The only thing I would suggest is that there is a need for more umbrellas in the garden as when its hot, there is no shade. The Callao Savaje area is quite quiet but buses are easy to use and there are plenty of taxis....

It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day.
