"We arrived on time 5pm...No one came to meet us ...we waited for 30 minutes...called the number we had been given but it went straught to answer machine ....we hadto get a spanish friend to translate..finally simeone arrived after 3 telephone calls ..my friend had no sheets or pillows , we asked but no one came , we hadto ask a cleaner who got us some sheets after 3 days the apartment was not the one we had chosen , it smelt of smoke and damp ...we never saw anyone throughout our stay and...

"I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). Very unprofessional. Lied about having access to the pool and there is nothing to do inside the urbanization."
