"I fully understand that the star ratings are very contradictory. Please let me explain: I've stayed in this hotel approx 15 times and everything is great. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant. I am independently taking this matter up with Expedia as I repeatedly tried to get some advice and support, but got nowhere so I shouldn't comment on this here. My first 2 nights were as always - great. Lovely facities, very clean, great staff, nice...
