This beautifully renovated home is nestled in a charming neighborhood of Alhambra, conveniently located just off freeway 10 exit and Valley Blvd, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoy easy access to popular destinations such as downtown LA, USC, UCLA, Pasadena, Hollywood, Chinatown, Koreatown, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Long Beach, and Santa Monica— all within 10-30 minutes away.

The home has been freshly remodeled with new windows, sliding door, kitchen and bathrooms, and is furnished with stylish, modern furniture and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended getaway, you'll feel right at home in this cozy retreat.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels: Leave used towels on the shower floor. Trash: Throw trash in the outdoor trash can. Dishes: Clean dishes and place them in the dishwasher.
Lights & Climate: Turn off all lights and the AC/heater. Windows & Doors: Close all windows and lock all doors. Personal Items: Double-check for all personal belongings.
