To ensure the safety of our guests and property, we have an outdoor security camera installed for the protection of both guests and owners.
2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request no additional guests, including daytime visitors or overnight guests. Any extra guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per night.
3. SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
We maintain a strict smoke/vape-free environment inside our home. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and within 15 feet of any open door.
4. SHOE-FREE HOME
To keep our space clean and tidy, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering.
5. PET POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our home.
6. RESPECTFUL NOISE LEVELS
Out of respect for our neighbors and the serene surroundings, please keep noise to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
7. PARKING
There are 2 designated parking spots available on the property for your convenience, free of charge.
8. FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT
We kindly request that furniture remain in its original placement and not be moved around.
9. SPECIAL EVENTS AND PHOTOSHOOTS
Please note that photoshoots, special events such as weddings or parties, and the use of drones on the property are strictly prohibited without prior written permission. We kindly ask that guests respect this policy and refrain from engaging in these activities without obtaining the necessary authorization.
10. INTERNET USAGE
Please refrain from any illegal or abusive use of the provided Internet access.
11. REPORTING DAMAGES
In the event of accidental breakage or damage, please notify us promptly so that we can arrange for replacement or repair.
12. SECURITY DEPOSIT
We kindly request that you treat our home with care and respect. Any damages to the property or violations of house rules may result in charges of up to $5,000.
13. ID VERIFICATION
For security purposes, we kindly request a picture of your ID prior to check-in.
