This place is filthy and should be condemned! How is it still open? The rugs in the hallways are so dirty they're now black! The stairwells stink of urine and the outside has dog droppings everywhere. Staff act as if youre not a paying customer when you ask for towels that should already be in the room prior to check in.

The staff is nice people and the hotel is "ok" to be fair I didn't get to stay because my family didn't feel safe with the people that rent there, iam guessing that the price if the hotel being affordable make low life people get in the hotel, so my kids and wife didn't feel like staying there, but if I was alone or if you are a single man is a good choise to stay...

This place was horrible. Only one of the four lights worked in the room. Graffiti was all over the bathroom mirror, and it took 2 hours after check-in to receive any towels. There were also lots of homeless people wandering the parking lot. dog crap everywhere.

I’m so disappointed that I spent my last $200 on a filthy roach infested room with broken holes in glass window that can’t close because of broken glass and the room smelt like cigarettes and hotel smells like pee inside of hotel and outside I would not ever stay here again I would like my money back due to the circumstances.

The property was conveniently located to most of the amenities in La Mirada. The price was commensurate with the age and decor of the location. There were stains on the sheet and the staff wasn’t overly friendly. All in all, it was an average stay.
