Great location for my needs however the hotel was overpriced for what it provided. The room had roaches, no frig, no microwave, the carpet was soiled and breakfast was meh. My stays at Motel 6 which was less than half the price was a much better stay

I really liked this property. It was clean and very quiet despite it was on Sepulveda st. I had asked for a room away from the street and my request was nicely accommodated. We were on the 3 Rd floor which was accessed by elevator and was near a nice balcony with a seating area with tables. I enjoyed that drinking my morning coffee. Room was cozy and clean. Free Continental breakfast at 630am which included coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, mini pancakes, toast and danishes which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
