Very comfy bed and minutes away from the universal studio free transfer to save having to walk up the very steep hill into the park . Staff was very helpful when asking about where to park and use Hollywood tour .

I like where this property is located. It's within walking distance to universal studios. There are lots of dining options. And stores near by and A little bar/club with live music nightly nearby. The property is a little dated but very clean. So it's worth the stay.

Well, it was a roof over our heads with a bed when we needed it. The hotel was nothing special, but it was very conveniently located 2 blocks away from the Universal studios shuttle, which is why we stayed there.

This is an old hotel. Nothing shiny and new in the room we stayed in. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Walking distance to the Universal Studio Tram. Staff at the front desk were pleasant.

Hotel was as expected for the price and location. Room was small but clean and the staff were very nice. Location was perfect, only a few minute walk to the free universal shuttle and lots of food options in walking distance. Our room location was great, we had rooms 126 & 127 which shared a patio area with only one other room, it was really nice to have a small outdoor area to sit in the evening. We would stay again.

staff was very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and exactly what we needed - small rooms but had all the necessaries (we only had a short stay), very close to shuttle for Universal Studios, which is why we visited, and a good value!

Loved the walkability to Universal Shuttle and Subway right next door. Parking was tight but room for one car per room. Good coffee maker and cold water. Too bad didn’t open before 7:30pm. Staff was friendly and nice. Room smelled a bit musty but was clean, nice bed and updated bathroom. Overall would recommend for anyone eanting to go to universal
