Universal Visit

Overall the stay was pleasant. Short distance from food, shopping, and about a 15 minute drive to Universal Hollywood. Tony communicated well. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was not working (not Tony’s fault) so we had to go up 5 flights of stairs. Tony assisted us upon our arrival with our luggage which was nice. Place was clean. Would stay again if in the area.
