The house was in a great Nabor hood walking distance from second street and the beach the roof top patio was grate has nice view of the ocean the house has all the amenities u need for a great stay it was vary clean definitely would stay there again

Awesome location!

We had such a great time at Tamara's house for my finances 30th birthday. The location was perfect between the beach and shopping/restaurants! She had everything we needed and more and was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend her place!

The location of the place was amazing. The owners made it super easy for us to enjoy our extended stay. I am not sure if I have ever stayed in a place that was so well provisioned. There were things I didn’t even realize that i would need that were there. Thanks

Wonderful family beach getaway!

Our family beach trip here was truly wonderful. Tamara goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered. The house is relaxing and has everything you need, for a worry free stay. The rooftop views and amenities are in itself amazing! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering a family beach getaway.

We had an amazing, magical stay at this property!! It was absolutely perfect!

I could not have asked for more!! It was everything we dreamed it would be. The beautiful decor, easy beach access, rooftop views and of course the rooftop hot tub!! The owner went above and beyond to make it extra special for our event. She is super friendly and easy to communicate with! It was awesome!!

Fantastic spot for rooftop views, beach access and local restaurants

We were very impressed with the property! It was close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants and anything else you needed. The house itself had a fun and colorful demeanor. It was very clean, it had every amenity you could think of and the best part with the rooftop area where you had a jacuzzi, fire pit, dining area with bar and bbq. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would love to go back again!

Ideal location with plenty of space

As two families traveling together with four kids under age 13, we were looking for a property with plenty of living/sleeping space and convenience to the beach. This house delivered on all fronts! Ideally located just a few steps to the sand and a few blocks to Second Street in Belmont Shore, we had no need to drive anywhere. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances and BBQ tools to extra linens, WiFi and beach essentials (coolers, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys). The rooftop deck is a true gem allowing for beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. There are instructions conveniently located around the property for light switches, jacuzzi knobs and trash pickup schedules making it super easy to operate anything at the house. Plus, a full size attached garage for 2 SUVs was a bonus for a town where street parking can be hard to find. On top of all of this, Tamara was extremely helpful and communicative leading up to, during and following our stay and even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the refrigerator upon arrival. Thanks again for a fantastic experience our families will remember forever!

Great time!

The house is beautiful. The owner is so kind and made our experience wonderful. The location is great. It’s three blocks from the bay, and the ocean is a building away. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

The home is so close to the beach where you can watch the kite surfers from the rooftop patio! The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and also are stocked. Plenty of supplies for beach fun like chairs and umbrella. Jacuzzi by the fire was one of our favorite ways to get ready for sleep. Owner is extremely gracious and made the place very welcoming when we arrived. Highly recommend this property!

Post Covid Girls Trip 2020

This was exactly what we all needed!! The property was beautiful and clean. Very spacious. The bathrooms/showers were the best part hands down. A wonderful experience. Word to the wise the neighbor across the street WILL remind you about the time - as landed late so we weren’t sleepy so we wanted to chill outside but it was 1am in his defense. Overall, when we come back to Cali we WILL be looking for Tammy (Tamara we just give everyone nicknames🤣) she was AWESOME!!

Worth it in every way!

We loved our stay here at Belmont Shore! We had a less-than-pleasant experience with a place in Newport Beach last year that charged almost the same amount for a property that was clearly in disrepair and not cleaned well- THIS property is exactly the opposite of that and worth every single penny! Everything is clean, the owner cares SO much about her property and was very kind and easy to reach. The finishes and design elements are well thought out and all go together and there are lots of places to gather as a family. It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants, a short drive to grocery stores and right on the beach! I personally loved that this property is in a neighborhood that takes quiet time seriously. It made for a really peaceful stay, day and night, however if you’re looking for a place to party or if your group is boisterous you probably won’t have a great time. There are notices about fines for noise complaints in multiple places and I’d imagine they aren’t just empty threats. My only suggestion would be to add some checkout procedures to the binder in the living room as there are a few notices about garbage fines for the roof and we weren’t sure if we might be missing other areas of checking out we needed to do but it only took a quick text to the owner to find out! Overall we had a wonderful time and it was difficult to leave on checkout day. I truly hope we will be back sooner than later!

Great house - Great Location

Travelled with 5 friends from the UK. Bedrooms are good size with on suite bathrooms which are well stocked with shampoo etc. Nice living area and a kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Good parking space in the garage. Roof top terrace is a real bonus enjoyed nights chilling there. Nice neighbourhood very quiet. Stones throw from the beach and a10min walk to bars and restaurants. Would recommend and would definitely return again..

Nice house!

Our family recently (6 adults, 7 yr old grandson, and 11 month old grandson) stayed here. The property was decorated so nicely and it had everything we needed. The property manager , Ryan even stopped by house to drop off this really neat little chair with tray for our younger grandson to eat his meals. He also brought some toys for him!

The Owner is very unstable and the Property Manager is lazy

My daughter and I were excited to have a lovely beach getaway for her birthday but when we arrived we couldn't even get into the house because the Property Manager Ryan Snow is very lazy and didn't do his job to make sure the code to enter was accurate. It took me 30 minutes to get ahold of him to get in. Then 15 minutes before checkout the Owner Tamra showed up unannounced and started gathering laundry and cleaning before we had even left. She made our departure feel very awkward. She even complained about Ryan and that he should be doing this work not her. It was very unprofessional. Then I get text messages from Ryan accusing me of taking a blanket and shampoo and conditioner from the downstairs bathroom. The Owner saw my car in the garage and everything that was in it and could have done a walk thru to discuss anything she wanted but chose not to. I never even saw those items we brought our own blankets and toiletries yet she still charged me out of my deposit for a blanket we never even saw. I want to say we had a good experience and nice stay but due to the poor service and a crazy Owner I do not recommend this place at all. You can get a nicer Beach house for the same price and don't have to deal with Tamra's erratic behavior. She also had the neighbors watching us like a hawk and even texted me at 10 pm at night to ask me to put some boogie boards away so nobody steals them which we already had done. Just an odd experience and a bit frustrating. Also the rooftop does not look as nice in person as it does in pictures and the jacuzzi doesn't get hot it stays lukewarm it's like a small pool. It was very dusty and dirty up there especially near the barbecue. A little bit of false advertisement if you ask me. I definitely don't recommend this rental at all. Save the time and go somewhere classier. Tamra and Ryan are an unprofessional duo that will give any traveler a headache. Not worth the money for 3 nights that I spent.

A little piece of heaven

This property boasts more than you see on the listing. Attention to detail is what was so impressive. Aside from being located just a block from the beach, being in the heart of Belmont Shore and looking so beautiful from the outside. This home is so charming and warm. All the little things we all forget to bring from home are here. From soaps to toothbrushes and everyone who stays leaves behind condiments, coffee etc for the next person. The roof top is so awesome anytime of the day. The beds are so comfortable and the AC unit really cools off the bedrooms in time for a great sleep. Washer and dryer are great and when heading to the beach everything is there so you don't need to bring anything. Ryan is easy to get a hold of, there are shops in every direction. All in all this home is a five star place. Yes its expensive but trust me this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Invite a couple or two and enjoy. We will be back next year.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our families, the master is huge and all rooms had very comfortable beds and lots of space. Very close to the dog beach and playground which the kids loved. The roof top is amazing and the perfect spot to okay games and relax in the jacuzzi. The owner was very responsive anytime we needed anything. Thank you for the great stay!

Fabulous Unique Experience!

I have to start out saying that the owner is so very accommodating and we were fortunate to get to meet her in person. She really truly cares that her guests enjoy the property. The house is just wow, the layout is perfect for 3 couples as it has plenty of space for everyone and the rooms are spread out. The rooftop area was a great way to enjoy our morning coffee. The decor has some lovely pieces. The location is prime and walkable to many things. Would definitely come back!
