We love our beautiful family home and hope you will too. We ask that our guests kindly treat our home as if it were their own and abide by the following rules and guidelines. Thank you!
1) We have an OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS on the property to ensure guest and owner security. They installed OUTSIDE ONLY.
2) Our home accommodates up to 7 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE. New hardwood floors were installed and scratch very easily.
5) Please NO PETS.
6) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.

Perfect for our needs! Nice 3 bedroom home.

Very clean and very nice beds. Updated primary bath. Kitchen had everything we needed plus seasonings and coffee pods. House has great curb appeal. We walked neighborhood several times and felt very safe. The pool area had a large piece of plywood which was not shown in pictures..little bit of an eyesore but overall very nice.

We spent 7 nights here and loved it. Property is well maintained with lots of extra touches like dishwashers tablets and coffee. It’s in a good area that felt very safe to walk around, Trader Joes just up the road, and good access to Interstate. Kylie gave us lots of information and very responsive. Our only issue was not recording the wifi details before we had no wi fi!
