Stylish experience in vibrant and exciting downtown Long Beach! Walking distance to the beach, convention center, restaurants and bars, close to dozens of hospitals (1.4 to 14 miles), convention center, airports, Los Angeles Orange County with easy access to I-710, I-10, I-110, I-405, I-605, I-22.

Beautifully renovated corner unit, large windows, historic building, high ceilings, walk-in closet, a lot of storage.

New floors, unique clawfoot bathtub refurbished, new fixtures, new fan in the bedroom/living room area. Queen size bed with gel foam memory hybrid mattress, and a couch/bed for a guest.

Stove, refrigerator, epoxy countertops, kitchen table in the living/dining area, retractable table, office desk. Micro-wave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices. Laundry in the building.

Parking is pretty easy during the day or montly parking nearby. Easy public transportation.
