He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying."

"The house has that tired feeling and is pretty dirty w dirty rugs and bath matts and dirty towels. Some simple upgrades would make it so much more comfortable and pleasant. For example, there is a window in the bedroom to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom and they taped a black garbage bag to it to block out the light. Yikes! There were cigarette butts littering the ground outside the front door. The bedroom windows let in tons of cold air. The kitchen is so dirty and the stove needs to be replaced—the handle to the kitchen sink fell off three times. The single use washer/dryer is useless—get a separate dryer that actually works and vent it properly. It takes 3 hours do dry a load of laundry. Cleanliness matters! "
