"Great Customer, had problem with room I first check into and the concierge upgraded my room for the inconvenience. "

"Everything was great, the area and hotel staff were nice and if you get an ocean view, you can see the planes taking off and landing. The only thing I would comment on is that the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty at times, water pressure was low, and the outlets weren’t as conveniently placed near the beds but overall a great stay and I would pick this hotel again for any San Francisco trips in the future. "
