"This was an excellent choice for me - great neighborhhod and wonderful hosts. Even when the error was mine in finding my parking spot, they were wonderful in helping and a washing machine issue was fixed within 24 hours after checking it out. And - surprising to me - some extras that are not normal when you rent a house - extra tp, shampoo, soap and coffee. Wonderful stay, and I'll be there again if the opportunity arises."

"This loft is a short walk to the Westfield Mall and located above Santana Row with upscale shopping and a wide variety of eating establishments. Also the secure parking is a plus. We walked or ubered everywhere. One caveat the stairs are a bit daunting. If you have any issues with stairs this may not be your best option."

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"The property was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location was great: far enough away from all of the attractions to be quiet, but everything was very close. The carpet was very plush and comfortable! The two balconies were a plus. I wish we had remembered to use the fire pit!"

"The condo was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a mall and plenty of activities to enjoy in and around San Jose. The host went out of his way to provide instructions for accessing the building and parking garage. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable."
