"Front Desk Clerk super friendly ! I had an issue with the ac when arriving so i notified staff and she went out of her way to get me to a different room in the same hallway no questions asked . I didn't catch her name unfortunately but shes by far the most friendliest female working there in front desk. She worked from the time i checked in until the time i checked out from my room and her mood was still the same and energetic leaving a good impression of the hospitality."

"This hotel has changed over the years. Overall it’s acceptable and clean. Yet the coffee taste like water. We were told we would be charged for dirty bath mats. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
