"Well. The owner was very nice but property was being worked on. They had walls unpainted basement floor was not done so no one wanted to stay downstairs plumbing had to be readjusted two of the 5 beds upstairs caved in the middle. Also the heating only worked well in one room you had to put it at 75 so that it could be felt elsewhere but the one room would then be too hot. Should not rent out again until he fixes floors walls mirrors and beds "

"Freddie was very helpful with a birthday dinner recommendation for our family. He also let us know that he would come and fix something while we were out exploring the city. The house was clean, and had architectural charm. Only being a block from the metro station was a huge perk, and we utilized it often to get to all the places in DC that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!"

"We were a group of 4 families with a mix of kids ranging from 5-12yrs and adults. The Home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Communicating with Trina through the App was very easy and she also provided her cellphone to contact her with any issues. The location was perfect for visiting the national mall and museums. We couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend for a large group to family and friends."
