"Staff inside were friendly and helpful, shuttle drivers were sometimes not. Restaurant had good food, but was not open 7am - 10 pm as posted. Beatriz was amazing. Pool was closed, gift shop was never open that I saw. Rooms were well serviced, but overall pictures were misleading."

"Hotel was great. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Walking distance to most attractions but you’ll want to bring your walking shoes. The commentary breakfast was fantastic with made to order omelets/eggs. Happy hour with two free drink tickets each night was a nice touch too. We’ll stay here again!"
