"Wir waren zu sechst angemeldet (5 Erw., 1 Kind), es waren aber nur fünf Betten bezogen. Für das 6. Bett mussten wir uns selber alles (Wäsche etc.) zusammensuchen. Von den vorhandenen Stehlampen leuchteten die meisten nicht, weil es entweder gar keine oder eine defekte Glühbirne gab. In einem Schlafzimmer fiel mitten in der Nacht scheppernd der Rauchmelder von der Decke, vorher hing er schon schief und hätte vom Vermieter einmal kontrolliert werden müssen. Die Küche war sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet. Als Großfamilie wollten wir natürlich in der FeWo kochen und vernünftig zusammen essen. Für uns sechs gab es aber nur 5 flache Teller (die FeWo ist allerdings für bis zu 7 Personen vorgesehen). Es gab keinen Messbecher, keine Glas - oder Porzellanschüsseln für Salat oder Dessert, keine Dessertschalen, keine Weingläser etc. So eine schlecht ausgestattete Küche hatten wir bisher in noch keiner FeWo. Im Bad gab es auch z. B. keinen Haarfön, der inzwischen überall Standard ist. Die Sauberkeit der FeWo war auch insgesamt mäßig. Die Gartenmöbel hatten schon lange keinen Lappen mehr gesehen, obwohl vor unserem Kommen sehr schönes Wetter angesagt war. Stuhlauflagen gab es nur wenige, sehr verdreckte in einem Gartenhäuschen. Die Reinigungshilfe kam an unserem Abreisetag bereits um 10.15 Uhr in die Wohnung, obwohl wir die Wohnung erst um 11 Uhr räumen mussten. Insgesamt machte die FeWo den Eindruck, dass sich der Vermieter wenig darum kümmert, dass er aber gerne das Geld dafür einnimmt"

"Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable."

"This beautiful villa was perfect for our family with lots of open areas to gather inside and out. The pool, built into the terrace with its gorgeous panoramic water view, is a wonderful feature. Summerinitaly.com was wonderful - answering all our questions promptly. The local property manager was fantastic - so helpful! The rental included frequent maid service and a gardener who helped with luggage. Praiano is a lovely, quieter village with a charming, rocky beach, , lots of lovely restaurants, convenient water taxis and friendly, kind local people. Be prepared for lots of steps in the beautiful villa and all the villages on the Amalfi Coast. "
