"We arrived by Uber from the airport and found an attractive entry and started the check-in process on one of the automated kiosks in the entry area. Managed to get all the way through only for it to throw an error saying it failed to make the key cards. Nearby at what appeared to be a bar the woman said she could help and she completed the check in and issued the key cards. Our room was on the small side, spotlessly clean, sparten but thoughtfully functional. The bed was quite comfortable. The climate control totally silent and worked well. In the lobby area was what I would call a coffee bar that also served alcoholic beverages and limited cocktails. The sitting/dining area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was good but other than hard boiled eggs there were no other proteins. Everything was very good. We Uber'd to/from the airport because the free shuttle bus only runs every hour and of course due to the time of our arrival and departure we would have had to wait almost an hour for each direction. They really need to run their shuttle more frequently for it to be useful. Overall we all liked our rooms and our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who need to stay overnight. Please note that the trip from the airport to the hotel is longer than the trip from the hotel to the airport due to the way the roads are."

"I had traveled all. Ight & was hoping for an early check in. There was a room available and had to pay 20 euros extra. Or bags to wait an extra 3 hours. Staff let me keep my medicine in refrigerator that needed refrigerated. Shuttle hours could be improved. Expensive uber. Nothing around the area. Liken nothing but a nice outside patio area with a bike path behind. You get what you pay for. Not many immensities"

"Professional type hotel, but don't expect a Martini. There was no wifi in the room, just in lobby. Couldn't find TV remote. Took a chamomile tea from lobby at 3:00am and was scolded by night personnel. There was no sign. Otherwise excellant room and great breakfast. Place caters to conventions. Excellant gym/sauna. Excellant location near old town and Main river. Hoechst is cute. Enjoyed waterfront and old square with restaurants. Nice waterfront parks, Main river experience."

"I was impressed with this Ibiz hotel and its team. Prior to my departure I contacted the hotel twice to inquire about the late check-out option and again to inform about my late arrival. The hotel staff was prompt with replying in less than 24 hours. When I arrived, the hotel staff already awaiting for me. They were extremely caring in helping me and my kids to settle in. I had reserved the family room. The beds were clean and well made. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and indeed cleaner than many high-mid range hotels in New York city (such as Hilton, Comfort Inn, etc.). The shuttle is very convenient and takes only 15 min to get to/from the airport. It runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle stops in Terminal -1, which is the main international terminal in Frankfurt airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially because of how caring the hotel staff was. They really tried to meet all our needs and that impressed us. Thank you, Ibiz team. Will definitely come back again."

"Very nice place, clean, good parking, good location. Easy to get around and very quiet/comfortable. The coffee b one locked up outside of breakfast hours (because it was for purchase) was a little frustrating, especially since there was no kettle or microwave or fridge in the rooms. Wish it could be an honor system or a “type your room # in if using outside of reception hours” thing, so I could pay when they got into the office. Other than that, the place was very good and great price."
