Outdoor shower, pool house with cooking stove, terrace (18 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. 50 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Montevarchi" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 35 km, Firenze 60 km, Siena 65 km. Please note: car recommended.
5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the terrace. (spiral staircase), 2 double bedrooms. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Oil heating (extra). Natural stone floors. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bed layout is flexible.
