"There was a Help desk at the airport that contacted the hotel for us to get the shuttle. I tried to contact the hotel about booking it but was unsuccessful. Getting the shuttle back to the airport was easily booked on site. There were problems with the heating that took a while to get sorted but it did. Our bathroom sink did not get any hot water but we did not get around to reporting it. The shower was good."
