"We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Flower House from the minute we walked in the door. It smelled so nice, and there was a very thoughtful welcome snack waiting for us! Everything was clean and orderly, and the house came well-equipped for anything one might need. We did not allow our cats to venture into the kitchen or TV room, and that was easy to accomplish because each room had a door. The landlord's dogs were friendly and welcoming, too, with one greeting us every morning at the kitchen window! ;)The location of the apartment was convenient for us, with bus stops just up the street, a bakery almost right next door, and a fantastic local restaurant with great Francesinhas. Parking is a bit snug on the narrow dead-end street, but it was always available and we mostly used the buses or walked. It's a quiet area, though you can still hear local roosters and church bells at a distance. It was a very comfortable stay and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful."

"Excellent house with beautiful large pool and tennis courts. Photos don’t do it justice. Well equipped kitchen and two lounges, one with pool table. Excellent space for our group of two families to stay and Antonio couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for check in, check out and sorting tennis rackets. Great outdoor space and seating with two large umbrellas and area for bbq with large wooden table under tree cover. Pool was excellent and cleaned every day. Air conditioning or fans in every room. Highly recommend. "

"The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I booked it it stated it had a bathtub but it was a shower. Also it said it had a hot tub but it was broken. The shower water was spraying everywhere. The wifi doesn’t have great reception tv doesn’t work as it can’t connect to wifi. Staff is very nice but it stated on website they speak Portuguese and English, no one speaks English there the owner did use google translate. It’s very clean and beautiful hotel. "

"I so wish I had more than one night. The staff (2eonderful ladies) at the front desk were amazing. They have a local cab driver who is remarkable. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful grounds and I easily would have paid double for my incredible suite. Need to treat and pamper yourself ??? This is the place !!!! "
