"Great apartment. Has everything you need. Right on Broadway. Great if you are going to the Black River Venue. It’s a 2 minute walk. The only complaint that I have is one of the bedrooms needs darkening curtains. It’s like daylight in the room at night. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. Huge perk was the washing machine. Was able to wash a load of clothes before we moved onto our next destination."

We did not receive check-in information as expected from VRBO but quickly received information for host when messaged. Property was very clean and as pictured."

"You could not actually see the lake unless you went out the front and looked from the sidewalk. The flooring in the living room/dining room was worn and curling, it was almost a tripping hazard. The microwave in the kitchen did not work. The shower pan in the bathroom was very soft, as if the floor underneath was in bad shape, also there were no shelves in the shower to put your shampoo. Also, we found a bag of pot on the kitchen floor when we arrived, we just threw it out. Not sure I would stay...

"We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps."
