The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car on a steep driveway and decking with furniture and a hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, a pub in 1.9 miles, and a lake in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. 2 Streamside is a lovely base for exploring Cornwall and Dartmoor National Park. Note: The parking for the property is up a steep driveway. Note: Whilst the property is all on one floor, there are steps to the property itself. Note: Due to the balcony terrace and as there are lakes and open water on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site.
