"The code for entrence wasn't provided beforehand. The day of I contracted the property owner via chat to ask for the code so I would have it when I arrived at 16h. I asked them twice but they didn't respond. I called them and after 20 minutes they could provide me the code. The property itself is clean and has everything for one night stay. The sad part was that the roll curtains didn't work so we couldn't darken the room and woke up really early because of that "

"The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. However, it’s road facing and I got the one on the first floor. So I heard the traffic and people throughout the night. Also the WiFi was terrible. Was not great particularly as I needed to have...

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"Location is amazing, except for parking- nearby parking is available, but quite expensive (over 50 euros). Apartment is a little dated, but overall comfortable, and it's always nice to have a kitchen and appliances (including a clothes washing machine!) "

They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. "Samt alles sehr schlecht. Um 14:03 Uhr kam die Meldung, dass es ein Problem mit der Wohnung gibt und wir nicht in die Wohnung können. Alles weitere hat sich danach nur noch ins negative gezogen. Ein Horror mit 3 Kleinkindern!"

"This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The living space and kitchen area is very comfortable. Jamie was always accessible for any of our questions or concerns. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink drain, but hopefully that will be fixed for the next guests. Also as an FYI, the washer and dryer are not located in the unit, but are in the basement of the building."
