Over night stay, clean hotel and room. The elevator was not working, but we were on the second floor. Breakfast nice. I would stay again.

Room and property was nice enough & staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok - hot and tasted fine, but not enough options for those that don't eat a lot of carbs & sugar. Same exact items both days we were there.

Great location for what I needed. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing I did not like was that at least 50% of my towels were stained so looked dirty. Also the dispensers in bathrooms were very hard to use for someone with weak hands.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. My only complaint is that the heater in the pool was out so it was freezing.

My non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was stail and heavy. My bed had an old blood or chocolate stain. Told myself it was chocolate and removed it from my bed. The rest of the hotel worked fine. It was clean, hot water, clean towels. Breakfast was simple and filling. Wish they offered fruit too. Staff was friendly.

The wifi didn't work for several hours, I alerted the front desk and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Also my TV kept flickering on and off and eventually conked all the way out. I alerted the desk the next morning and they assured me it would be taken care of. It was the TV in room 323. But the front desk staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. And the facilities are clean for the most part.

Not enough wash cloths. I only had 2. The accessible shower wasn't working. The toilet seat was screwed on completely crooked (by 2 inches off center) made sitting uncomfortable. the water from the shower flooded the floor. The room smelled very musty and bad. The beds were comfortable though. The front doors were broken. This hotel is in need of maintenance.

Comfortable.. but.

Room was clean, beds and sheets etc all clean. The shower however had previous customers hairs sitting around the drains, the shower door wouldn't seal so bathroom floor always wet. Caulk used in shower was all over the place, and stains all over the shower floor, unsure of what that was. Quality Control needs to step it up.
