"Really nice stay here while visiting the area. Comfortable and spacious room. Lovely reception area with a beautiful restaurant/breakfast area. The garden is also very nice and would be great on a warm evening. Breakfast was very nice. Only minor drawback is parking is limited and cannot be booked. We did just about manage to get a space every night though."

Ventilation was a bit tricky as windows were screwed shut and air con was a bit tempramental but it was good enough for when we stayed. "The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food. People are lovely, systems are weird. "
