"We loved the property and the surrounding area. Very quiet country setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating as well. Very convenient to the beautiful town of Bayeux. "

"Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal."

The bathroom shower needed much better cleaning to remove some mold, the beautiful curved staircase was difficult for those with limited mobility, and there is no elevator. The food was not great but the beer selection was good and some of the wait staff were friendly "
